Booking & estimates

Contact Us & Request a Catering Estimate

Tell us the date, the guest count, and where the event happens, and we will come back with a per-guest number plus a straight answer on whether a live oven works at your venue. Nothing here is automated — the person reading your request is the person who will run your service. For a date inside two weeks, call 424-234-2606; crew availability is a conversation, not a form field.

How The Estimate Process Works

  1. Step 1. You send the date, headcount, venue, and serving window — by phone or through the form below.
  2. Step 2. We check crew and oven availability for that date and flag any venue issue we already know about (rooftop rules, hillside access, park fire ordinances).
  3. Step 3. You get a written estimate: per-guest number, menu structure, staffing, travel, and what is excluded.
  4. Step 4. If it works, a deposit holds the date. We then confirm load-in timing and oven placement with your venue contact.

Want to sanity-check the budget first? The cost and pricing guide explains every factor we price against, and per-person pizza math helps you set a headcount you trust.

Questions About Booking & Estimates

How fast will I hear back after requesting an estimate?

Requests submitted during business hours are usually answered the same business day; anything sent late at night is answered the next morning. If your event is inside two weeks, call 424-234-2606 instead — holding a date and a crew is faster by phone than by email.

What information do you need to quote my event?

Four things get you a real number: the date, the estimated guest count, the venue address or neighborhood, and the serving window. Helpful extras: whether the site is residential or commercial, whether there is a flat staging spot for the oven within reach of the guest area, and any dietary requirements.

Do you take a deposit, and is the estimate binding?

The written estimate reflects the details you give us and stays valid as long as those details hold. A deposit reserves the date and crew; the balance is due around the event. If your guest count or venue changes materially, we re-issue the estimate rather than surprise you later.

Do you have a restaurant I can visit?

No — this is a mobile catering operation, not a storefront, so there is no dining room or walk-in counter. Everything is cooked at your venue on event day. Tastings for larger contracts are arranged by appointment.
